What is the difference between pigmented binders and polyurethane binders?
Polyurethane binder is the original poured in place binder used worldwide. It was first developed in Europe in the early eighties along with the EPDM rubber graduals, both are still used worldwide today. The Pigmented binder is typically used on running tracks. Notice your local collage or school has a black, green, or red track? Well that is the pigmented binder. It was Originally designed for running tracks, NOT playgrounds.

Dola Grant Requirements From The Installer.
The only requirements the dola grant require from the installer:
The product being used is Certified 100% Colorado waste tire which we the installer submit with our bid. It is up to the person’s applying for the grant to make sure the poured in place meets the ASTM F-1292-99 requirements and the qualifications of the Company installing the poured in place.
We understand how confusing this can get when other companies fill their website with confusing dola grant requirements, which they make up them self’s.
